How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Our processing and shipping times vary depending on the type of product you ordered. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

• For Ready-to-Ship Items: Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping.

• For Made-to-Order Items (e.g., The Kin & Sole Collection): These items are crafted especially for you. The production time for made-to-order items is typically 4-6 weeks. We will notify you once your item is complete and ready to ship.

• For Pre-Order Items: Pre-orders are for items that are not yet in stock. We produce these items in batches once a certain order threshold is met. For example, once we receive at least 10 pre-orders for a specific bag, we will begin the production process. The estimated production time after the threshold is met is 2-4 weeks. You will receive an email update once the production begins and another notification once your pre-order has shipped.

What about shipping times?

We ship domestically within the United States. Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. Please note that this timeframe begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Processing & Confirmation

We ship all orders from Maryland. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@cardciety.com for confirmation.

Order Modifications

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at sales@cardciety.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or additional shipping fees due to errors in the address you provide.
