Returns & Defects Policy
We want you to love your purchase. Our return policy applies to all Cardciety and Kin & Sole products.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including dust bags, tags, and any protective wrapping for Legacy Collection and Kin & Sole leather goods).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Responsibility
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For Legacy Collection and Kin & Sole leather goods, natural variations in the leather (such as minor marks or color differences) are not considered defects but part of the material’s unique character.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at admin@cardciety.com.
Repairs & Defects
To better support the care and longevity of your items—particularly our leather goods—we offer repair services for specific issues:
What Qualifies for Repair
We can assist with common issues such as:
- Malfunctioning or broken zippers
- Hardware defects (buckles, clasps, etc.)
- Stitching that has come undone due to normal wear
- Other workmanship-related flaws (e.g., separation in seams, lining irregularities)
Repair Eligibility
Repairs are available within 90 days of delivery, provided the item has been worn or used under normal conditions. Repairs do not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or accidents. Natural variations in leather—such as minor marks or color shades—are not considered defects.
How to Request a Repair
Email repairs@cardciety.com with a brief description of the issue and attach clear photographs showing the area of concern.
Our team will evaluate the request and respond within 3 business days with a proposed resolution.
If approved, we will provide instructions for shipping, including the return address and any necessary documentation or label.
Repair Costs & Process
Cardciety will cover all labor costs for approved repairs.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our facility. We will cover the return shipping cost once the repair is complete.
Expected turnaround is 7–14 business days from the moment we receive the item.
Post-Repair Care
Once the repair is completed, the item will be returned along with detailed care recommendations to help prolong its lifespan.
Limitations
This repair policy does not apply to cosmetic issues due to wear (e.g., scratches, scuffs) or alterations made by third parties.
